Ruckus's Journal.

I have been an active volunteer for a little over a year now. I recently went back to school to attain my bachelor's degree, but that left me with no time to visit all my friends at IAS. Now that winter break is finally here, I am back doing feedings (more than before school started). I missed everyone so much. I was worried that since months have passed without anyone seeing or smelling me, I would be forgotten and our relationships would have to almost start over. Well, no one forgot me! I was even missed! Ruckus remembered how I scratched him, and positioned himself in the appropriate angle so I could reach behind his horns. Sabine was happy to have me rub her upper neck again. The chickens persisted for an extra snack from me, just like before. I am so happy to be back with all the animals, that I don't mind the cold weather as much. I love them all so much; they are my friends!
